The HOA provides selective maintenance per the current covenants of some features of the homes in the Village at Highlands, including:

  • Power washing:  (washing of dwelling exterior to remove stains/mildew and to prolong paint life).
  • Siding:  (caulking of joints, painting):  (Paint - Sherwin Williams-"Duration"- Acrylic Latex- Craig Builders- Driftwood-SA 5382-Satin).
  •  Trim:  (Caulking of joints, painting): (paint type - Sherwin Williams- "Duration"- Acrylic Latex- Craig Builders- GP Pearl- Gloss)
  • Shutters:  (painting),  (paint type - Sherwin Williams- "Duration"- Acrylic Latex- Craig Builders-"Verde" Dark Green- Gloss).
  • Garage doors: (painting). (same color as siding)
  • Front doors:  (refinishing) (paint - clear polyurethane).
  • Privacy fences:  (painting and repair).
  • Lamp posts:  (painting)  (paint type-"Verde" green, replacement of numbers,  bulbs and photo cells, repair of wiring from photo cells to post lights). (Note: Lamp Post Fixture -  Brand: Quoizel. Model: 9043Z, Newbury, Medici Bronze. Repair/replacement of fixture is owner's responsibility)
  • Mail boxes: (painting and repair of mail box structures, repair/replacement of boxes). (Paint - Boxes, gloss black. Post/ Structure,  Sherman Williams, "Verde" Green). Mailbox- Gibraltar: Extra Large Rural Style 11.7 wide x 15 high x 24.8 long.
  • Roof repair (member responsibility) Consult with the ARB.   
  • Village at Highlands Entrance sign. Paint-Green:Benjamin Moore "Ocean Tropic" 2052-10. Gold Leaf-23.75 carat.
  • Regulating  documents are located in the Archive section of the Member Area.
